This is the re-written 2012 Version.. All Early Years Providers must keep policies and procedures which set out how they comply with the general and specific legal requirements and statutory guidance of the Early Years Foundation Stage which came into force in September 2008. Changes have been made in the new E.Y.F.S. which came into force in September 2012 and which was published on March 27th 2012.
