All Early Years Providers except childminders must keep policies and procedures which set out how they comply with the general and specific legal requirements and statutory guidance of the Early Years Foundation Stage which came into force in September 2008. The new E.Y.F.S. came into force on 1st September 2012.
Our policies are in line with the updates which came into force on 1st September 2014 including the new SEND (Special Education Needs and Disability) Code of Practice 0-25 years. Also the 2015 update taking into account the Prevent Duty.
We know it can take days to write new policies when updates are needed. All our policies and procedures are written by Early Years Consultants and can save you time and effort, needing only a small amount of personalisation such as adding the name of your SENco. If you are unsure about any aspect of what we offer, please feel free to call us on 07807084419.
Our pack is made up of 15 of the required policies and procedures in a pro-forma. This will be downloaded immediately after payment in Word format to be easily personalised to your own settings' needs.. We offer a package of the following policies and procedures which are specifically written to link with the E.Y.F.S. You MUST read the policies and procedures to ensure that they reflect the practice in your setting and make any small necessary alterations.
